Center Strength is a teacher-training studio certified by the http://www.themethodpilates.com/ (link to PhysicalMind Web site to see current course offerings and dates) of New York. Jennifer Reich, who has been teaching Pilates for 17 years and instructing trainers for the past six years, leads most of these courses. The overall program has a strong basis in biomechanics – progressing from the fundamentals of movement to postural assessment and specific applications for individual clients.

We also host guest teachers here at Center Strength. Lisa Maria Goodwin from L.A. Body Kinetics, a master GYROTONIC® instructor, gives Level 1 GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® certification at our studio.

Advanced courses offered at Center Strength include “Pilates as a Rehabilitative Tool” and “Advanced Repertoire on the Apparatus.” Please see dates, times and prices for our courses as follows.
